Return & Exchange Policy
As moms, we value quality and we take pride in the products that we ship to your doorstep.
For our all our items, we ensure that the toys and furniture we carry pass the rigorous standards of EU (EN71) and US (ASTM) safety standards.
We hope our products make you happy as much as we enjoyed making them and curating them with you and your child in mind.
Our goal is to ensure that our products bring you joy, but in case you would like to return or exchange them, kindly refer to our guidelines below:
- Returns and exchange must be done within seven (7) days of receipt of the item/s and is only valid for manufacturing defect and damage.
- Products for return should be unused and with original packaging.
- While we ensure all items and products are checked prior to shipping, in cases of manufacturing defect, you may return and exchange with the same item or a different product (price difference to be shouldered by you). No cash refund for replacement product that has lower value.
- We have our own delivery team for Metro Manila to ensure items are handled and delivered with utmost care. We are not liable for damages caused by third party couriers.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchange of damaged items will be shouldered by us within Metro Manila. Outside Metro Manila, shipping costs will be shouldered by you.
